What You Will Be Doing:
The selected candidate will perform as JSF F-35 Integrated Data Solution Associate Manager. This position provides technical knowledge and skills within the IDS Team for Non-Air Vehicle Support and IPB. As a Data Analyst L-code manager, you will perform data quality analysis, coordination, integration management, and delivery of Alternate Mission Equipment (AME) and Pilot Flight Equipment (PFE) sustainment data products for the F-35 Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate AME/PFE Sustainment Part Information Record (SPIR) data into the F-35 Autonomic Logistics Information System. What's In It For You:

Basic Qualifications:
- Demonstrated program/project management skills - Previous lead or leadership experience
- Hands-on proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated team building acumen
- Proven ability to work effectively within a multi-function and team environment to integrate and deliver data
- Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and presentation both internally and externally, with customer
- Must have current Active Secret clearance needed for travel to support sites

- Prior leadership and people management, to include employee recruitment/retention, selection & training, performance assessment, work assignment, salary, recognition/disciplinary actions, & career development
- Highly self-motivated, excellent organizational skills, process and detail oriented
- Familiarity with Product and Logistics Data Management Tools
- Broad experience with with MS Tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Working knowledge of the provisioning process
- Working experience using F-35 ALIS applications (i.e. CMMS, CRM, ALIS)
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Relevant US military experience (aviation, ALIS, AME, PFE, Support Equipment, Training Equipment) a plus
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
