What You Will Be Doing:
This position leads the end to end modification development process for the F-22 and F-35 air vehicle fleets, incorporating long range 5th Gen strategic planning, detailed planning & scheduling, and Depot Flow Planning to ensure timely, cost effective delivery of modification solutions across active projects. Basic Qualifications:

• Production or aircraft maintenance experience as a maintainer or leader

• Experience in fighter aircraft organizational and depot level maintenance processes

• Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment

• Ability to work jointly with customers and teammates to identify solutions that meet the needs of multiple stakeholders

Skills:

• 15 years military aircraft maintenance experience on 5th generation weapon systems

• Experience in fighter aircraft organizational and depot level maintenance processes

• Experience with program/project management and program integration processes

• Strong customer relations skillset

• Experience working with a U.S. and International military customers

• Effective analytical and communication skills

• Exposure to 3D modeling, and Tableau Dashboard applications
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
