• Conduct research and analysis to support engineering decisions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) from an accredited institution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, MATLAB) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
