Who You Are Every day will be unique in this fast-paced role, as you work closely with Program Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other Functional teams to support Global Supply Chain execution/performance activities.

As an F-16 Upgrades Material Program Manager, you will make a difference to our bottom line with supporting key Pre-Award/Capture programs to accurately plan, propose, and win new F-16 Mod/Upgrade Programs.. This position ensures a large Program portfolio accurately plans and has material available to support operational milestones around the globe. What You Will Be Doing The Global Supply Chain, Material Program Manager, (MPM), oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.

Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
• Negotiation experience
• Data Analysis
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP), (ERP), (MRP) or similar
Desired

Skills:

• Experience with FAR and DFAR requirements
• Development of Acquisition Strategies, Bid Packages, Evaluations, Negotiation of Supplier Proposals
• Firm understanding of how to capture, aggregate, analyze, and present data that effectively demonstrates supplier performance, and then identifying the potential risks and opportunities, for a positive outcome
• Experienced in Supplier Management of Contract Deliverables according to Cost, Schedule, and Performance
• Experience analyzing problems and recommending solutions
• Experience effectively communicating with senior leaders to include program, company, subcontractors, and customers
• Knowledge of Aggregate Demand and Supply Planning (Sales & Operations Planning / SVSI / SIOP)
