You will be the Program Manager, F-35 Sustainment Mods and Upgrades - Level 3 for the F-35 Mods & Upgrades On-Ramp team which is responsible for delivering sustainment and modernization proposals across a global fleet of over 2,000 fielded aircraft. What You Will Be Doing As the Program Manager, F-35 Sustainment Mods and Upgrades - Level 3 you will be responsible for guiding Structural Life Limit proposals through the complete ECP/CR lifecycle while ensuring disciplined tracking and cross-functional execution.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Support development and coordination of SLLP proposals (ECPs, CRs, contract modifications).
* Track proposal inputs, schedules, and lifecycle milestones from initiation through award.
* Coordinate across Engineering, Finance, Contracts, and Supply Chain.
* Ensure data accuracy and tracking discipline within portfolio systems.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience in engineering, project management, or related discipline
Experience managing multiple concurrent actions

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Exposure to proposal development or contract lifecycle processes
Familiarity with ECP/CR processes
Experience in sustainment or modernization environments
Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
