Description
You will be a Systems Engineer – Reliability for the F‑22 Reliability and Field Performance team, responsible for ensuring product reliability across multiple subsystems.
RequirementsMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience combined with relevant education.
- Ability to solve problems of moderate scope using standard engineering methods, with work reviewed periodically for technical quality and completeness.
- Experience with presenting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document analysis results and explain technical findings.
- Ability to work effectively on cross‑functional teams.
- Exposure to one or more of the following: reliability predictions, maintainability analysis, FMECA, mission reliability or mission success modeling, FRACAS, or testability analysis.
- Demonstrated initiative, learning agility, and the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to closure with support.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (a plus).
- Exposure to Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) concepts and practices.
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time remote telework. The employee selected for this position will work part of their schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules providing additional flexibility. These schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week to condensed schedules, which provide employees with additional time away from the office in addition to paid time off benefits.
