You will be the RF Engineering Associate Manager for the ADP team which is responsible for driving the design, development, integration, and validation of radio‑frequency systems for aerospace and defense platforms.
What You Will Be DoingAs the RF Engineering Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading a high‑performing group of engineers to deliver innovative, reliable, and secure communications solutions on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities- Provide technical direction and mentorship to the RF engineering team.
- Oversee design, development, integration, and validation activities for RF systems.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers to define requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with security, safety, and quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.

Further Information About This OpportunityMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start. This position is in Fort Worth, TX. Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects
- Prior experience working classified programs
- Experience working with communications hardware and systems
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and procedure
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: TS/SCI.
