RF Engineer Senior -Level 3

You will be the RF Engineer Senior – Level 3 responsible for advancing RF technology across our product portfolio, defining technical requirements with suppliers, ensuring quality compliance, and partnering with cross‑functional product teams.

• Develop hardware and software components for cutting‑edge RF solutions.
• Define technical requirements and negotiate deliverables with external suppliers.
• Ensure quality compliance and adherence to project schedules.
• Partner with product teams to translate business needs into reliable, scalable designs.
• Lead integration of innovative solutions across the product portfolio.

• Bachelor’s degree in systems/electrical engineering or related field.
• Background in hardware and/or software design and development.

• Experience with requirements definition.
• Experience with design and integration.
• Experience with supplier management.
• Cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple work streams and documentation artifacts simultaneously.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately every other month (~15% of time).

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Secret clearance required to start.
• Position located in Fort Worth, TX.
