Systems Engineer Manager – Air System Analysis & Verification (ASA&V)

Oversee a mixed team of systems engineers, software engineers, and other roles, managing talent, growing the team to support business needs, and performing technical or programmatic leadership tasks.

• Execute dual roles as functional leader of a group of engineers and as an experienced engineer leading a project or performing technical tasks supporting the ASA&V organization.
• Manage talent, including staffing planning, knowledge sharing, career development, performance reviews, training, and recruiting.
• Build relationships with team members, direct reports, and stakeholders.
• Support development of tools for F‑35 data analysis activities.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (e.g., Aeronautical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Physics) or equivalent experience with a strong foundation in technical principles and practices.
• Team leadership experience.
• Experience and/or knowledge of the Systems Engineering Process.
• Experience with the Agile process (scrum master, product owner, and/or Jira).
• Software development experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance and is located at a facility that requires special access.
