Position: Integrated Program Planner Staff - Central Scheduling - Level 4

Description

You will be the Integrated Program Planner Staff - Central Scheduling - Level 4 for the Aero Central Planning Team which is responsible for delivering integrated schedule solutions across Aeronautics Program Planning and Integration.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Integrated Program Planner Staff - Central Scheduling - Level 4 you will be responsible for leading Central Scheduling initiatives, providing audit and program-review support, and delivering training on planning tools and processes for all Lines of Business.

Your responsibilities
  • Develop and execute near-term to long-range planning strategies and coordinate 1

    LMX rollout across business areas.
  • Lead training workshops and tool-use instruction for planners, engineering, supply chain, contracts, finance and program management.
  • Perform complex schedule and earned-value analysis, delivering actionable recommendations to senior leadership and external customers.
  • Mentor junior planners, ensuring adherence to industry and Lockheed Martin scheduling standards.
  • Serve as the SME for scheduling compliance, audit support, and program-review reporting.

Your strong communication skills allow you to influence across engineering, supply chain, contracts, finance and senior leadership. You thrive in dynamic environments, can manage occasional travel, and are comfortable with extended hours when needed.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or above from an accredited college
  • Experience with scheduling tools such as Deltek Open Plan, Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6
  • Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and Critical Path Methodology
  • Experience with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management
Desired Skills
  • Previous experience with Deltek Open Plan
  • Previous experience with the Planning and Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG)
  • Previous experience with the NDIA
  • Experience delivering project briefings to leadership and/or stakeholders
  • Degree in Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering
  • Experience with Data Analytics
  • DI-MGMT-81861 Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) Knowledge
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance
