We are seeking skilled Test Room Maintenance Engineers responsible for maintaining a stable and reliable AI GPU board testing environment for AI server systems. The engineer will ensure all AC/LC (Air Cooling / Liquid Cooling) systems operate effectively to provide a controlled and standardized environment that supports accurate and efficient testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and oversee AI GPU Board testing rooms, ensuring continuous operation and environmental stability.
- Monitor and adjust AC/LC systems to maintain temperature, humidity, and airflow parameters within required specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of environmental control hardware.
- Co-operate with test engineering teams by ensuring optimal cooling performance and test room readiness.
- Diagnose and resolve system failures, alarms, and environmental deviations promptly.
- Record maintenance activities and update documentation, logs, and reports.
- Collaborate with facility teams, test engineers, and vendors to maintain high system uptime and reliability.
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC Technology, Mechatronics, or any related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a testing, research, or manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC concepts, including temperature control, airflow, and cooling fundamentals.
- Ability to perform simple equipment checks, read gauges/meters, and monitor environmental parameters.
- Basic understanding of AC/LC (Air Cooling / Liquid Cooling) systems or willingness to learn through on-the-job training.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools (e.g., wrench, screwdriver, multimeter) for routine inspection and maintenance tasks.
- Ability to follow SOPs, safety procedures, and technical instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for updating logs, entering maintenance records, and checking monitoring dashboards.
- Strong troubleshooting mindset-able to identify abnormal readings, unusual sounds, or environmental deviations.
