* As the Systems Engineer Staff Level 4 you will be responsible for leading the development of F‑35 Combat Systems Flight Test Requirements and coordinating execution with flight test sites
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading creation and prioritization of flight test requirements for new capabilities, regressions, and verification
Coordinating between Combat Systems and Flight Test sites to ensure seamless test execution
Planning and overseeing testing activities, including regression and verification of fixes
Gathering and analyzing feedback from flight test sites to resolve product issues before completion

Flight testing and flight test planning

* Familiarity with Mission Systems and Weapon System Architectures
Familiarity or Experience In Lab Integration and Test
Experience with test planning and execution from System Design requirements to lab/flight test
Systems Engineering Development and Integration & Test experience
Experienced working with multiple engineering teams
Demonstrated communication skills, written and oral with senior level management and internal/external customers
Technical Experience/Background
Experience with developing test plans from system requirements, software requirements, or hardware requirements
Experience in Mission Systems/Combat Systems capabilities within aircraft platform s
