* You will be the Subsystem Design & Installation Engineer for the Subsystem Design Team which is responsible for

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Subsystem Design & Installation Engineer you will be responsible for developing and implementing installation solutions for aircraft equipment and systems on the F‑35 program

"Your responsibilities will include:"

+ Design the installation of aircraft equipment for Line Replaceable Units  LRUs  and associated hardware; design aircraft tubes and harness assemblies for Fuel, Hydraulic, and Environmental Control Systems; design installation of aircraft fluid routing and associated bracketry

+ Conduct trade studies and evaluate alternatives, optimizing form, fit, and function of the equipment installations

+ Define, develop, and finalize equipment layouts and systems and harness interfaces

+ Create Build‑to‑Packages for detailed parts, assemblies, and installations

+ Coordinate with other technical disciplines for optimized integration at the aircraft level, including producibility, maintainability, tooling, interchangeability, materials & processes, and stress considerations

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Aerospace Engineering

Experience with 3DX, CATIA, Solidworks, Pro Engineer, Creo, Unigraphics, NX, or equivalent 3 D Computer Aided Design  CAD  tool

Experience with aircraft equipment installation design and troubleshooting
