Engineering Aide

* Description:

** As the Engineering Aide you will be responsible for providing technical support to engineers on a variety of tasks, ensuring data integrity and producing clear engineering documentation

Your responsibilities will include:

- Gathering, maintaining, formatting, and compiling technical data, including test results and design changes

- Producing engineering documentation such as reports, drawings, flow charts, block diagrams and schematics

- Conducting tests, recording data, and assisting with engineering evaluations as needed

- Setup and teardown of mobile ruggedized computer equipment

- Managing lab inventory and shipping logistics

- Experience coordinating small projects under strict deadlines

- Ability to travel up to 50%

- Microsoft Office  Word, Excel  experience

- Self starter requiring minimal supervision capable of clear communication through multiple levels of  leadership

- Ability to interface and work well with multiple functional areas

- Experience interfacing with defense/military customers

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
