What You Will Be Doing:
Performance of Engineering Tasks, Modifications, Sustainment Updates associated with the Quality Assurance (QA) for F-16 Program Technical Data in accordance with the F-16 Program Quality Assurance Program Plan (QAPP). Applies and maintains quality standards for F-16 technical publications in a desktop/Viewer environment. Performs statistical analysis on nonconformity metrics to assess statistical trends, statistical process control for determining root cause analysis and defect prevention.
Compiles monthly Quality Assurance performance metrics. Ensures corrective measures are met and documentation is compliant with requirements. Works closely with team partners and suppliers with QA process integration. Supports development and modification of departmental Work Instructions. Schedules/tracks validations for new modifications/equipment. What's In It For You:

Basic Qualifications:
Knowledge/Hands on F-16 experience using Technical Orders Must be experienced in Microsoft Office Tool Suite and have working knowledge of desktop applications. Highly developed writing skills, verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills a necessity. Quality Assurance Metrics Development Experience interacting with internal/external customers to resolve technical issues as required Desired
Skills:
Experience performing Aircraft Modification Validations Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Experience Mil Specs applicable to Technical Order Development RC (AF22) /PCR knowledge and understanding Prior technical writing experience strongly preferred Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Experience using Epic Editor, Isodraw, Arbor Text Tool Suite, Quick Silver, XML, S1000D authoring Understanding of Classified TOs and Shipment Security Clearance Statement:

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
