As an experienced Project Manager in our Health & Safety practice group you will play a crucial role on our Environmental, Health & Safety consulting team, contributing to the success of our projects and helping us deliver outstanding results to our clients.

Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain internal and external client relationships, including project and non-project related face-to-face meetings
* Leadership of a technical or project-related team
* Prepare proposals for moderate to complex projects
* Manage projects (scope, schedule, budget)
* Mentor junior level staff
* Understand and work in compliance with corporate health and safety policies
* Perform or assist in technical and field work on safety and industrial hygiene-related projects, including but not limited to:
* Safety program development and review
* Machine guarding assessments
* Energy control procedure development
* Process safety management (PSM) and risk management planning program (RMP) development and program auditing, and process hazard analysis (PHA).
* Developing and conducting safety training to include Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), confined space, fall protection, hazardous waste and emergency response (HAZWOPER),
* Facility auditing and inspections, regulatory and third-party (ISO, ANSI, etc.) standards
* Employee exposure assessments
* Noise dosimetry and sounds pressure level surveys
* Industrial hygiene exposure assessments for a variety of industries including aerospace, manufacturing, and oil & gas.
* Indoor air quality assessments (mold, VOCs, CO, CO2, etc.)
* Ventilation studies
* Various assessments including PPE, LOTO, confined spaces, heat stress, cold stress, etc.
* Preparation of reports and other work-related documents.

Required Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Possess strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
* Strong organization and customer service skills.
* Ability to exceed client expectations while thriving in a time critical / dynamic work environment.
* Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint.
* Ability to create, maintain, and communicate project budgetsQualifications
* BS degree or higher in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health/Safety, Safety or Chemical Engineering, or related field.
* Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO), Safety, Health, & Environmental Professional (SHEP) or Specialist in Safety & Health (SSH) preferred
* 5-8 years of direct safety compliance and/or industrial hygiene experience.
* Demonstrated experience and knowledge of OSHA regulations and guidance as they apply to industrial, energy, and commercial clients.
* Detail-oriented, motivated, analytical thinker, problem solver with a driven work ethic.
* Excellent technical writing, public speaking, communication and critical thinking skills.
* Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
* Ability to travel up to 15% of the time#LI-CT1

Compensation Range:$73,000.00 - $
