What You Will Be Doing
This position is for a F-35 Sustainment Material Program Manager (MPM) supporting sustainment field repairs. The selected candidate will be responsible for working laterally across GSC and other LM functions, including Program Management, to develop comprehensive acquisition and execution plans in support of programmatic milestones. The MPM will also be responsible for summary level performance metrics to the respective PM, including constraint resolution.
The MPM will be the integration point between GSC and the Sustainment PMO, and is responsible for effective communication between the functions. The MPM will also be responsible for removing roadblocks and driving actions to supporting functions to enable successful GSC execution of program requirements.

Schedule:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
This position is located at a Fort Worth, TX facility that requires special access. Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and retain Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), or Department of Defense (DOD) contracts
- Experience collaborating and communicating cross-functionally, building consensus and shaping/influencing opinion
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP), ERP, MRP
- General Global Supply Chain processes and procedures
- Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) experience
- DOD Aircraft Maintenance, Repair, and/or Overhaul experience
- Rapid Response experience
- BER/BPR knowledge
- Experience with data analysis and metric development
- Works independently and in a collaborative and team-based environment
- Experience with analyzing complex problems and recommending solutions
- Familiarity with SCM Acquisition Life Cycle
- Supply Chain Execution Experience
