BasicQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Preferred: System Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
- Requirements management experience
- Experience with Avionics, System Design, Software development, and/or System Test Engineering Processes
- F‑16 Avionics and/or Software experience
- Experience with system design
- Experience with Agile Software Development Process and tools (JIRA)
- Experience with F‑16 engineering requirements and interface tools (TASER, SIMS, DOORS, Frame Maker)
- Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering tools (CAMEO)
- Experience with System and Software Engineering Processes
- Experience with Test, Evaluation, and Verification Processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience planning, overseeing, and directing engineering program tasks as a Tech Lead
- Experience supporting new business proposals by writing Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and estimating the cost, schedule, and resources required to perform program engineering tasks
The position requires a government security clearance. A US citizen is required for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.
