The Capture Program Quality Engineer Staff
- Level 4 (CPQE) applies the Quality Sciences to the program capture value stream through the data analysis and leading root cause corrective action efforts. This role supports new program events and proposal activities, often serving as the primary liaison among all quality functions during the capture phase of a contract’s life cycle.
- Identifying actionable metrics from both existing and newly generated data
- Participating in program meetings, discussing technical requirements, flagging and mitigating risks, and coordinating with internal functional teams and customers during negotiations
- Serving as the primary POC for Vemo staffing plans and resource allocation assignments for the Quality & Mission Success organization

Basic Qualifications- Experience with data analysis tool creation (Tableau, Power
BI, Oracle, etc.) - Experience developing processes and procedures for standard work
- Experience building relationships with internal and external customers
- Experience creating and delivering high quality, high level briefings
- Knowledge of applicable industry standards (AS9100, AS9110, ISO
9001, FAR, DFAR, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
- Able to work without appreciable direction
- Experience with Vemo or equivalent staffing demand tools
- Risk, Issue, and Opportunity identification, elevation, and mitigation
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence creation
- Project Management
- Root Cause Corrective Action
This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.

Part‑time Remote Telework – part of the schedule will be remote and part at a specified Lockheed Martin facility. Schedule for this position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
