You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Staff - Level 4 for the F-16 International Co-Production Manufacturing Engineering Support team which is responsible for providing comprehensive engineering support to international co-producers. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Engineer Staff - Level 4 you will be responsible for ensuring that all F-16 manufacturing activities performed by international partners meet engineering, program and contractual requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Provide technical engineering support to international co-producers for F-16 production processes.
* Verify that manufacturing activities comply with engineering specifications, program milestones and contract terms.
* Coordinate technical data exchange, resolve engineering issues, and facilitate corrective-action implementation.
* Review and update work instructions, process documentation, and quality plans to align with LM standards.
* Support continuous-improvement initiatives and knowledge-transfer activities across the co-production network. Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with F-16 Manufacturing / Assembly/ Production processes.
• Experience with gauge-controlled tooling concepts.
• Ability to read and interpret drawing requirements.
• Experience supporting International Co-Production. Desired

Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing and/or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college.
• Manufacturing Engineering experience with fabrication and assembly in a production environment.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills to drive issues to closure, develop workaround plans, and/or corrective action plans.
• Excellent verbal/written communications skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment or independently to solve problems in a timely manner.
• Microsoft Office suite experience with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Security Clearance Statement:

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
