* Description:

** Scrum Master   F 35 Weapons Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to support the F 35 weapons team  As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in facilitating collaboration and communication across cross functional teams and organizations

Key Responsibilities:

-  Integrate and communicate across multiple teams and organizations to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing

-  Serve as a liaison between Product Owners, Systems Design, Software, System Test, and other Integrated Product Teams  IPTs  to ensure effective communication and coordination

-  Develop and maintain briefings, presentations, and engineering metrics to support program decision making and progress tracking

-  Lead and facilitate technical engineering discussions across multiple IPTs, suppliers, and customers to drive collaboration and innovation

-  Monitor team performance to ensure milestones and Program Increment  PI  commitments are met, and identify areas for improvement

  Must be a US citizen  This position requires an interim Secret clearance to start

* Basic Qualifications:

* -  Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited university

-  Project management experience

-  Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

- Experience with Jira project management tools

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
