Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, Tx is seeking a full time F-35 Depot Flow Planning Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with multiple disciplines to plan, schedule, optimize, and integrate modification/retrofit events associated with specific engineering changes and F-35 program objectives. The successful candidate will have working knowledge of Industrial Engineering methods, and work within the F-35 Planning & Integration organization to model & simulate scheduling scenarios in order to optimize the F-35 Depot Flow Plan DFP & Depot Flow Forecast DFF.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college including:

- Project Management - Business Management - Industrial or Mechanical Engineering Desired

Skills:

- Planning & Scheduling work or academic experience.

- Experience applying Industrial Engineering principles and methods, and using software modeling tools.

- Aviation maintenance, logistics, and/or scheduling experience on military or commercial aircraft.

- Event planning and scheduling experience.

- Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Access, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Project, and Tableau.

- Experience working under supervision and taking ownership for assigned tasks/projects.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop strong working relationships with peers, stakeholders, and customers in order to foster collaboration and partnerships.

- Superb analytical and presentation skills; excellent communication skills, both verbal and writing.

- Strong work ethic, flexible work schedule, good self-start initiative. Security Clearance Statement:

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
