Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for Pilots and Maintainers located in Fort Worth, TX. Pilots will be responsible for conducting tactical flight operations, participating in mission planning, executing training missions, and ensuring adherence to all safety procedures. Maintainers will perform inspections, diagnostics, and maintenance on aircraft, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with operational standards. The role involves collaboration across teams to deliver top‑notch training and mission support for military operations.

Qualifications
  • For Pilots:
    Strong flight operation skills, experience in tactical mission planning, and proficiency with advanced aircraft systems.
  • For Maintainers:
    Proficiency in aircraft inspection, diagnostics, and maintenance, with a focus on maintaining high‑performance systems.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and detailed record‑keeping practices.
  • Previous military aviation experience is highly desirable and a significant advantage.
  • Relevant certifications, such as FAA pilot certifications or FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license for maintainers.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a dynamic training and operational environment.
  • Willingness to meet physical and medical standards required for aircraft operations.
