Work Mode: Onsite 95% at SV8 Office Responsibilities:

Develop interior equipment specifications, interior maintenance programs, and specifications.
Investigate reliability and serviceability problems, and design and develop corrective actions.
Provide technical interface with manufacturers and suppliers.
Develop Engineering Orders to modify aircraft interior equipment and/or configurations.
Provide engineering support to Flight, Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Aircraft Production.

Requirements:

BS/MS Degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering discipline from an accredited college/university.
Minimum zero years of experience in aircraft engineering or related experience.
Familiarity with aircraft interiors, regulatory requirements, and company engineering practices preferred.
Must have good interpersonal skills and work well with other groups.

Preferred Skills:

BS in Engineering (required, not Engineering Technology or Engineering Management), Electrical Engineering preferred.
Experience with airline processes and procedures, company experience preferred.
Experience with aircraft cabin electrical systems, WIFI, and/or IFE systems.
