Integrated Logistics Manager – Level 5
You will be an Integrated Logistics Manager – Level 5. You will manage the identification of customer system needs and respond to requests for proposals; perform feasibility and performance studies, including benchmarking, capacity planning, etc.; develop appropriate systems recommendations to meet customer needs, including system configurations, installation planning, etc.; prepare and present technical product information to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
- Oversee post‑installation and implementation responsibilities including technical consulting to customers and providing solutions to software problems.
- Experience with F-35 aircraft platform.
- Experience with Block IV F-35 aircraft.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Logistics, engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; or equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Holds demonstrated experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), sustainment, lifecycle management, or related logistics disciplines supporting complex programs. Experience developing and implementing ILS elements, including systems integration, provisioning, technical data, training, supply support, and product support strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, program management, and customers) to resolve logistics and sustainment challenges and meet program objectives.
- Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs and familiarity with applicable logistics standards, military specifications, and sustainment requirements.
Requires a government security clearance. You must be a U.S. Citizen. Clearance level:
Secret.

Work schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time Off benefits. Schedule for this position: 4 x 10 hour day, 3 days off per week.

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
