JOB TITLE:
Master Planner

LOCATION: Fort Worth, TX

PAY RATE: $/hour

Responsibilities
  • Assists in development and maintenance of components of Program Integrated Master Schedule including proposal schedule development.
  • Reviews and supports Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development.
  • Advises Program Management team on contractual impacts and critical events affecting delivery or cost.
  • Ensures communication and cross‑coordination with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
  • Applies Critical Path Methodology to schedule network development and analysis.
  • Develops and refines knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Prepares status reports, metrics, and presentations.
  • Interacts with program functional organizations including engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production.
  • Provides risk and opportunity analysis input.
  • Uses Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool and Milestones Professional software.
Requirements
  • Ability to Obtain a Security Clearance.
  • Experience with Critical Path.
  • Experience in schedule control processes, complex proposal development, internal and external audits, and project management integration.
  • Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input.
  • Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool.
  • Experience working Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs.
  • Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management).
  • Demonstrated experience with IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report).
  • Experience with Milestones Professional software.
  • Desired:
    Experience working independently across Technical Teams, developing basic understanding of technical product, and experience with Capture, Research & Development, Production Scheduling Requirements and dependencies between functions.
