JOB TITLE:
Master Planner
LOCATION: Fort Worth, TX
PAY RATE: $/hour
Job Details- Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

- Assists in development and maintenance of components of Program Integrated Master Schedule including proposal schedule development.
- Reviews and supports Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development.
- Advises Program Management team on contractual impacts and critical events affecting delivery or cost.
- Ensures communication and cross‑coordination with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
- Applies Critical Path Methodology to schedule network development and analysis.
- Develops and refines knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Prepares status reports, metrics, and presentations.
- Interacts with program functional organizations including engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production.
- Provides risk and opportunity analysis input.
- Uses Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool and Milestones Professional software.
- Ability to Obtain a Security Clearance.
- Experience with Critical Path.
- Experience in schedule control processes, complex proposal development, internal and external audits, and project management integration.
- Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input.
- Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool.
- Experience working Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs.
- Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management).
- Demonstrated experience with IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report).
- Experience with Milestones Professional software.
- Desired:
Experience working independently across Technical Teams, developing basic understanding of technical product, and experience with Capture, Research & Development, Production Scheduling Requirements and dependencies between functions.
Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) to comply with ITAR regulations.
