Design Process Integration Engineer

Role Overview

You will be the Design Process Integration Engineer for the Engineering Integration team which is responsible for delivering advanced engineering processes to the Aircraft Design community.

As the Design Process Integration Engineer you will be responsible for designing and delivering engineering functional processes and command media that support the Aircraft Design community. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that processes and tools align with Lockheed Aeronautics business and Line of Business requirements.

• Design and deliver engineering functional processes and command media.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to verify that processes and tools meet business and program requirements.
• Create and review documentation and design artifacts for completeness, overlap, and reuse opportunities.
• Facilitate discussions, disseminate technical decisions, and share pertinent information.
• Assist with Fort Worth, Marietta, and Palmdale BTP process issues as needed.

• Experience with aircraft/air vehicle engineering drawing requirements, release and change processes (BTPs).
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management tools.

• Experience with Lockheed Aero Build-To-Package release processes and tools.
• Prior experience on F-35, ADP, AMMM and/or IFG (F-22, F-16).
• Attention to detail and the ability to work to challenging schedules.
• Experience being an informal leader, guiding others to meet project commitments.
• Strong customer service and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience with software requirements/development and testing, Siemens Xcelerator environment preferred.

Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Secret clearance. This position requires a government security clearance.
