Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Marietta, Georgia is seeking a full time Early Career Aeronautical Engineer for Thermodynamics  In this role, you will be determining and defining the thermal profiles for the structure, fluids, and electronic systems onboard the aircraft  Conduct analyses to ensure that the aircraft and systems are adequately protected against design temperature exceedances, humidity, icing, and explosive or corrosive environments  The scope of analyses includes thermodynamic cycle modeling, heat transfer, fluid flow, pressure, and thermal management system performance analyses  The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of aeronautical engineering, model based design software, MATLAB

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance  This position is located at a facility that requires special access

* Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or related degree

Demonstrated experience in areas of heat transfer, fluid mechanics, or thermodynamics through real world or research environments

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance  This position is located at a facility that requires special access

** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
