Construction Project Manager (Onsite - Haskell, TX)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through completion. This role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and technical expertise to successfully manage projects up to $15M.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage all phases of projects, including pre-construction planning, scheduling, and execution

* Develop, review, and approve project budgets (labor, materials, subcontractors)

* Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and vendor relationships

* Oversee project financials to ensure profitability and positive cash flow

* Lead project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders

* Prepare and maintain monthly cost reports and accurate financial projections

* Evaluate construction methods, timelines, and resource allocation

* Approve subcontractor and supplier invoices

* Ensure compliance with safety standards and enforce job site policies

* Maintain strong client relationships and identify future opportunities

* Coordinate CAD, fabrication, and field resources

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree (Construction Management or related field preferred), or 10+ years of relevant experience

* Minimum 5 years managing construction projects up to $15M

* Experience in Mechanical Construction, MEP, Commercial, Mission Critical, or Data Center projects

* Strong understanding of project lifecycle, including estimating, RFIs, change orders, and project engineering

* Ability to perform project risk analysis (e.g., SWOT)

Required Skills & Experience

* Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management principles

* Proven leadership and organizational skills in fast-paced environments

* Experience with scheduling, logistics, and procurement

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Office Suite

* Familiarity with Auto Bid, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam (preferred)

Work Environment

* Onsite role based in Haskell, Texas.
* A monthly per diem of $3,500 is provided for eligible candidates.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $65.00/hr.
