The selected candidate will train and mentor a team of illustrated parts breakdown catalogers, developing and maintaining illustrated parts breakdowns for F‑16 program assets. This role requires hands‑on experience creating illustrated parts breakdowns and collaborating across engineering and customer support.

• Work with engineering and customer support representatives to evaluate modification impacts and change requests supporting basis of estimate documentation.
• Utilize engineering technical data to develop organizational and commodity illustrated parts breakdowns.
• Develop and deliver technically accurate maintenance documentation independently or as part of a team.
• Ensure illustrated parts breakdown manuals are delivered on time.
• Communicate with engineering and customers to fulfill program requirements.

Some business travel may be required.

• Previous demonstrated experience producing technical manuals, such as Illustrated Parts Breakdown manuals.
• Experience with engineering drawings, wiring data, and/or schematics.

• Experience working with a relational database.
• Experience using business metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality).
• Experience working with represented employees.
• Understanding of Source, Maintenance and Recoverability codes with aircraft.
• Ability to analyze engineering data for impacts to Technical Orders.

Requires a government security clearance (Secret level). Must be a U.S. citizen.

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Part‑time remote telework may be available; specific schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
