PositionLockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Systems Engineer (MS Degree
- Cyber). In this role, you will conduct cyber risk assessment activities, conduct cybersecurity test and evaluation of hardware and/or software designs and implement RMF steps for Assessment and Authorizations. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Cyber Security Engineering Software and hardware design, system hardening, cyber architecture design, AI tools. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance to start.
This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
- Masters degree in Cyber Security Engineering; will consider Software Engineering
- Experience advanced programming and scripting in a UNIX environment (C++, Perl, Python, Bash, Ruby, Shell, scripts), ML frameworks (PyTorch, Tensor Flow, Hugging Face), or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiar with full software development life cycle, and system engineering processes
- Administrative experience with Windows and/or Linux systems
- Experience and/or knowledge of Patch Management systems
- Basic knowledge of Risk Management Framework
- Experience and/or knowledge of Agile Methodologies
- DoD 8570 certification IAT
- Level II (e.g., Sec+ or higher) - Experience and/or knowledge of Patch Management systems
- Advanced knowledge of ACAS (Tenable.sc / Tenable Nessus), Evaluate STIG, Trivy, SCAP or other cyber scanning tools
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance level:
Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.
- Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time – The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
- Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules with flexibility. These schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week to condensed schedules providing additional time away from the office. These condensed schedules are in addition to Paid Time off benefits. - Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
