Systems Engineer; EO - Early Career

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is hiring a full‑time Early‑Career Electro‑Optical (EO) Systems Engineer to join our EO Engineering team. In this role you will support the integration of advanced EO sensors and imaging systems onto the world’s most sophisticated aircraft. You will work closely with cross‑functional engineers to design, test, and field cutting‑edge capabilities that enhance situational awareness and mission performance. The position provides hands‑on experience, mentorship from senior technical leaders, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on next‑generation aerospace sensor technologies.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering from an accredited college or university
• Course work and lab experience with design and integration of digital and analog components/systems
• Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access

• Ability to perform detail-oriented work accurately
• Effective analytical and problem solving skills

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.

Onsite Full‑time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
