What You Will Be Doing:
The selected candidate for the Illustrated Parts Breakdown Lead - Level 3 position will be responsible for training and mentoring a team of illustrated parts breakdown catalogers to support the F-16 program. This role requires hands on experience developing illustrated parts breakdowns. The successful candidate will be able to:
• Effectively work with multiple engineering and customer support representatives
• Evaluate modification impacts and change request to support basis of estimate documentation.
• Utilize Engineering technical data to develop organizational and commodity Illustrated Parts Breakdowns Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Working with a team and independently, to develop and deliver technically accurate technical maintenance documentation
• Ensuring Illustrated Parts Breakdown manuals are delivered on time
• Communication with Engineering and customers to fulfill program requirements Some business travel may be required What's In It For You:

Basic Qualifications:
• Previous demonstrated experience producing technical manuals, (i.e. Illustrated Part Breakdown [IPB] Manuals)
• Experience with engineering drawings, wiring data, and/or schematics Desired
Skills:
• Experience working with a relational database
• Experience using Business Metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality)
• Experience working with Represented Employees
• Understanding of Source, Maintenance and Recoverability (SMR) codes with an aircraft
• Ability to analyze engineering data for impacts to Technical Orders Security Clearance Statement:

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
