What You Will Be Doing
Develops Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO) and Modification Kit Parts List (MKPL) for systems added or modified on F-22 aircraft. Uses Drawing Database applications to author TCTOs. Coordinates with Engineering and Kit Management teams to ensure all technical and programmatic requirements are met. Supports Tech Data Requirements personnel in development of proposal inputs. Flexibility in working with an internal and external customer base on a variety of assignments is a key requirement.
Must be able to work overtime, as required.

Basic Qualifications- Experience with aircraft technical manuals, task relationships and familiar with Time Compliance Technical Orders and Technical Order System requirements or equivalent.
- Experience reading and interpreting aircraft engineering drawings and process specifications.
- Technical Order (T0) 00-5-15 AF Time Compliance Technical Order Process requirements
- Superior interpersonal skills; work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with airframe, aircraft systems and subsystems
- Prior technical writing experience
- Technical Orders (TO) development experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.

Ability to Work RemotelyPart-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
