This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Process Engineer located in Fort Worth, TX. The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing industrial processes to improve efficiency and quality. Day‑to‑day tasks include overseeing process control systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing innovative solutions. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet project objectives and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards are essential aspects of the role.

The candidate will also be expected to analyze and interpret data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Process Design and Process Engineering
• Proficiency in Process Control systems and methodologies
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for data analysis and decision‑making
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Working knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations
• Effective communication and collaboration capabilities for cross‑functional teamwork

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage
