Position Overview:

We are seeking Industrial Engineer Interns to join our Fort Worth, TX team. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in process improvement, data analysis, and production efficiency within a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment. You will work alongside experienced engineers and operations leaders, gaining valuable exposure to real-world challenges and solutions.

Responsibilities:

Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, safety, and quality.

Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Assist in time studies, workflow design, and capacity analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.

Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership.

Participate in special projects and support day-to-day engineering tasks.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Prior internship, co-op, or project experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment is a plus.
