Entry Level Industrial Engineer 2nd Shift - Manufacturing

Responsibilities- Develop and maintain detailed equipment lists for manufacturing and production operations.
- Conduct cost analyses for equipment, labor, and materials to support budgeting and investment decisions.
- Prepare accurate production cost estimates for quoting, planning, and financial forecasting.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on cost and equipment planning.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Support layout planning, time studies, and workflow analysis to improve operational efficiency.
- Apply industrial engineering methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and simulation modeling.
- Maintain documentation for cost models, equipment specifications, and process changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing operations; recent college graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Understanding or exposure to manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Experience with ERP systems and engineering software such as AutoCAD, Solid Works, Excel, and simulation tools.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Education and Experience
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, or other complex manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and cost modeling.

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
