We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Mechanical Designer to join our rapidly growing Engineering team. This exciting role will provide you with an opportunity to showcase your technical skills in a high-energy, fast-paced, and innovative environment. You will work on a variety of projects, from conceptual design to product realization. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical design principles and the ability to apply them to real-world applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize CAD software to create 2D and 3D models of mechanical systems, components, and assemblies.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Prepare and modify drawings, specifications, calculations, charts, and graphs.
  • Conduct design analysis and calculations, applying sound engineering principles.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs meet customer requirements and company standards.
  • Provide technical advice to project teams and clients, demonstrating excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve product quality.
  • Continuously update technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • CAD Certificate is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical design using AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit, or similar 3D CAD software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in custom engineering and ability to interpret and work from customer specifications.
  • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Ability to edit and make modifications to existing designs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
