Electrical Engineering Supervisor - Manufacturing
The Electrical Engineering Supervisor will manage a staff of engineers and provide technical support to them in developing designs for customer applications by various sources and monitoring results. This person will develop processes and perform technical support to production, marketing, sales, and/or other departments. Completes projects and performs project organization, definition, planning, implementation and control. Establishes and prepares technical standards and completes technology design theory and procedures.

- Successfully defines workflows, jobs, and reporting relationships to obtain optimum effectiveness.
- Impact of decisions on business operations can have a moderate to high level of impact.
- May develop departmental budgets, business plans for functional area and may recommend/determine organizational structures
- May evaluate and recommend changes in methods or procedures in own area of responsibility.
- Identifies resource needs and may develop justification.
- Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems.
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- B.S. Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- A minimum of 7 years of experience demonstrating engineering progression in a manufacturing environment or experience as an Engineering Supervisor/Team Lead.
- Skilled with AutoCAD
- Experience in power distribution
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and continual basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP, Teamcenter, Compas
- Knowledge in Lean manufacturing
- Zuken E3

Details regarding our benefits can be found here: The pay range for this position is $102,459 - $175,644 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
