This position will be the Structures Lead for the F35 Wing Systems Manufacturing Engineering Team. This manufacturing engineering lead position will directly support the Wing System production build teams and will require direct coordination with Production, Engineering, Quality, IE, OE and Planning. The candidate should be a subject matter expert in manufacturing engineering and will be responsible for projects for production support, SRR reduction, HPU reduction initiatives, tooling improvements, engineering change management, and mentoring early career team members.

Candidate must be able to manage complex technical issues and drive to resolution.
