We are looking for a skilled Industrial Engineer Senior to join our team, supporting the F-35 manufacturing team in the Final Assembly build area in an analytics role. This role is pivotal in optimizing production processes by monitoring key metrics to drive continuous improvement, supporting our production customers and maintaining operational excellence.
Your Impact
Production Process Optimization:
- Enhance production activities by implementing analytical techniques and utilizing various data and data visualization tools.
- Monitor production health metrics, ensuring timely identification of potential issues and areas for improvement.
Project Management:
- Lead projects focused on production efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of solutions into the production environment.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with Industrial Engineering, Production Management, and various production support functions to align objectives and ensure operational effectiveness.
- Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring production goals are met while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols.

Who We Are
You are a driven and resourceful Industrial Engineer Senior with a strong background in optimizing production environments. You thrive in collaborative settings and are eager to use analytical techniques to improve operational efficiency. With excellent communication skills, you are able to work effectively with teams to develop and implement strategic solutions.
Further Information About This Opportunity
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Desired Skills
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Experience with data analysis & database operations (Statistical process control, SQL, Tableau, data mining, strong Excel skills, etc.)
- Experience with Assembly EVMS Processes
- Experience working with business objects (BO) and enterprise data warehouse (EDW)
- Experience with analytical and project planning tools and software, including MS Office Suite of tools
- Lean/Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt, Green Belt, PDCA, etc.)
- Project management experience
- Experience with simulation modeling software, such as Simio

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
