Engineering Aide

Engineering Aide | Lockheed Martin

You will be the Engineering Aide Senior for the Ground Systems Hardware Team which is responsible for supporting the physical build-up and assembly of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) ground hardware components.

What You Will Be Doing As the Engineering Aide you will be responsible for interpreting build-to-print instructions and assembling hardware while collaborating with the engineering team on process and implementation questions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reading and interpreting detailed build-to-print drawings for COTS hardware such as servers, desks, switches, and computers.
• Assembling, testing, and verifying hardware components to meet quality and performance standards.
• Collaborating with the engineering team to resolve process, fit, and implementation issues.
• Maintaining accurate build documentation, part inventories, and work order records.
• Supporting logistics and material handling to ensure timely availability of components.

Further Information About This Opportunity This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
