Electrical Engineering Supervisor – Manufacturing
The Electrical Engineering Supervisor will manage a staff of engineers, provide technical support, develop designs for customer applications, and coordinate with production, marketing, and sales. They will complete projects, establish technical standards, and design theory and procedures.
Responsibilities- Successfully defines workflows, jobs, and reporting relationships to obtain optimum effectiveness.
- Impact of decisions on business operations can have a moderate to high level of impact.
- May develop departmental budgets, business plans for functional area and may recommend/determine organizational structures.
- May evaluate and recommend changes in methods or procedures in own area of responsibility.
- Identifies resource needs and may develop justification.
- Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems.
- B.S. Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience demonstrating engineering progression in a manufacturing environment or experience as an Engineering Supervisor/Team Lead.
- Skilled with Zuken E3, AutoCAD.
- Experience in power distribution.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and continual basis without company sponsorship.
- SAP, Teamcenter, Compas.
- Knowledge in Lean manufacturing.

The pay range for this position is $102,459 - $175,644 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
