** Join Our IFG EW IPT Team  Become a vital member of the Integrated Fighter Group  IFG  Electronic Warfare  EW  Integrated Product Team  IPT  and help keep the nation's premier fighter aircraft at the cutting edge of capability

What You Will Be Doing

Drive EW capability upgrades - evaluate, integrate, and field advanced electronic warfare technologies to maintain air dominance

Perform system analysis and testing - conduct functional and performance testing, analyze results, and recommend enhancements

Collaborate across disciplines - work closely with cross functional Integrated Product Teams to ensure seamless EW integration

Support operational readiness - provide technical expertise to pilots and maintainers, troubleshoot issues, and develop mitigation strategies

Maintain documentation and compliance - generate technical reports, update interface data, and ensure adherence to applicable standards and security protocols

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* - Active final secret clearance

- Experience leading small technical teams across product lifecycle

- Experience in leading or presenting at technical reviews and boards

- Technical writing experience  SSOWs, BOEs, ICD, PRD/PIPS, etc

- Experience with the use of RF microwave test equipment and/or microwave simulation tools

- STEM degree in an applicable field from an accredited school with 3  years' experience

Skills:

* - Experience reviewing supplier/factory data results to show compliance to RF engineering requirements

- Prior experience with RF Sensor or Active Module/Subsystems full lifecycle

- 5th GEN IPT experience  engineering and/or military avionics experience

** Security Clearance Statement:
** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration

** Secret

The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site  Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

** Pay Rate:
** The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $116,200    $201,365  For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location  Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only  Lockheed Martin considers factors such as  but not limited to  scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer
