Pay Range: $55-60.00/hr on w2
Required Skills (Top
3)
- Support design and development of surgical/dissecting tools.
- Create and update CAD models, drawings, and engineering specifications.
- Perform GD&T, tolerance analysis, and FMEA to improve manufacturability.
- Support CNC grinding setup, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to transition designs into production.
- Investigate manufacturing issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve yield/reliability.
- Participate in design reviews and document technical analyses for design control compliance.
