You will be the Manufacturing Technology Engineer - CRAD Portfolio Lead
- Level 5 for the Manufacturing Technology team which is responsible for advancing manufacturing capabilities across the enterprise. What You Will Be Doing:
As the Manufacturing Technology Engineer - CRAD Portfolio Lead
- Level 5 you will be responsible for driving the planning, development, and integration of advanced manufacturing technologies while providing day-to-day technical direction to the next generation of engineers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Execute planning, development, and integration of cutting-edge manufacturing technologies to solve complex production challenges.
- Provide high-level technical mentorship and oversight to Manufacturing Technology engineers, shaping their growth and expertise.
- Lead project-management functions, including budget and schedule control, status reporting, and cost-benefit analysis (for both government-funded and internal initiatives).
- Direct CRAD capture, proposal development, and execution while managing associated budgets, schedules, staffing, and strategic activities.
- Deliver technical status reporting and troubleshooting for Aero product build areas and support engineering for process development, equipment specification, procurement, integration, and sustainment.

- This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN an active Secret clearance. This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Desired skills:
- Experience working contract research and development projects with government agencies
- Significant experience leading technical teams and creating a team environment.
- Substantial experience working government funded development projects.
- Strong technical presentation skills and experience presenting to executive leadership.
- Broad range of technical experience and knowledge of F-35 fabrication, assembly, finishes, and inspection methods and tools.
- Knowledge of industry best practices for a broad range of manufacturing techniques.
- Creative approach to technical problem solving.
- Experience with Earned Value Management.
- Sound understanding of business and financial analysis.
- Experience with and/or established working relationships dealing with LM internal and external customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Work Schedule Information:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Work Schedule:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
