Your Impact You will be the Operations Engineer Staff (Level
4) for the Operations Engineering team which is responsible for advancing producibility, quality, and continuous-improvement across LM Aero. What You Will Be Doing As the Operations Engineer Staff (Level
4) you will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects that define, mine, and improve key processes, managing schedules, guiding teams, and delivering briefings to leadership. Your responsibilities will include:
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on process definition, mining, and improvement.
• Generate and coordinate project schedules with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Guide project teams to identify solutions, implement changes, and drive initiatives to closure.
• Brief project status and results to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Coach and facilitate continuous-improvement events, applying Lean Six Sigma principles to sustain change. Further Information About This Opportunity MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate MUST BE ABLE TO obtain a secret clearance. This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives through the full project planning and execution lifecycle
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions (RCCA)
• Experience applying lean principles to manufacturing operations with demonstrated performance improvement
• Experience leading cross-functional collaborative efforts Desired
Skills:
• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Simulation Experience
• Project Management Security Clearance Statement:

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
