Your Impact:
You will be the Operations Engineer (Level
2) for the Process Improvement team which is responsible for advancing producibility, quality, and continuous-improvement initiatives across LM Aero. What You Will Be Doing:
As the Operations Engineer (Level
2) you will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects that define, mine, and improve critical processes, coordinating schedules, guiding project teams, and delivering status briefings to leadership. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead cross-functional projects focused on process definition, mining, and improvement.
• Develop and coordinate project schedules with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
• Facilitate project teams to identify solutions, implement changes, and drive projects to closure.
• Brief project status and results to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Coach and facilitate continuous-improvement events, applying Lean Six Sigma principles to sustain change.
