Your Impact:
You will be the Operations Engineer Senior (Level
3) for the Operations Engineering team which is responsible for advancing producibility, quality, and continuous-improvement across LM Aero. What You Will Be Doing:
As the Operations Engineer Senior (Level
3) you will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects that define, mine, and improve key processes, coordinating schedules, guiding project teams, and delivering concise status briefings to leadership. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead cross-functional projects focused on process definition, mining, and improvement.
• Develop and coordinate project schedules with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Guide project teams to identify solutions, implement changes, and drive initiatives to closure.
• Brief project status and results to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Coach and facilitate continuous-improvement events, applying Lean Six Sigma principles to sustain change.

You are a collaborative leader with strong analytical and facilitation skills, experienced in Lean Six Sigma and process-driven environments. Your ability to coach teams, communicate clearly, and drive measurable improvements makes you an effective catalyst for continuous improvement.
