Compensation: $90,000–$110,000

What You'll Do:
- Prepare and update CAD/BIM drawings, models, details, and contract plan sheets
- Translate engineer markups, redlines, and construction-phase design changes into accurate drawing and model updates
- Maintain Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and related CAD/BIM templates and standard components
- Review documents and models for completeness, clarity, and alignment with AEC standards
- Identify CAD/BIM standards inconsistencies and support software workflow improvement
Must-Have
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or higher from an ABET-accredited program
5–10 years of CAD/BIM, drafting, or engineering technician experience
3+ years of experience in Revit
3+ years of experience in AutoCAD/Civil 3D Design experience and government project experience required
Experience with vertical construction and civil site design workflows
